Hello,

Sorry for the problem with uploading a file. We're not sure how you're trying to upload a file. Were you using FTP? Did you login to cPanel? A Web Hosting Hub account allows you to use FTP (using the cPanel login user name and password) to upload files. You can also log into the cPanel and use the File Manager to upload a file. By default, the document root for the primary domain associated with the account is tje PUBLIC_HTML folder. For more information on FTP, please see Getting Started with FTP, or for information on the File Manager, please see Using the File Manager. There is an upload and download option in the file manager, but it is not recommended for uploading multiple files and directories.

If you continue to have problems, then describe the steps you are taking to upload the file(s). If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Regards,
Arnel C.
