I cannot get my domain registry key
I am trying to use the instructions here to get my registry key:

When I go to Melbourne IT, it will not let me recover a registry key. It says:
"The Registry Key for Domain Name xxx was not able to be retrieved. This could be due to the Domain Name being managed by a Melbourne IT Reseller. Please contact your Reseller for assistance. "

Hello, Thank you for your question. In Step 1 of the guide on "How to unlock your domain and get Authorization Code" it explains you must "Contact our support department and request the managment rights for your domain be released."
