I added an Add-on domain on an existing accounts. Let's say the main domain is main.com and the addon is addon.com. I put a test page on addon.com directory and that page displays fine when I access that page fro addon.com. The problem I am having is that URL displayed in the address bar of the browser is main.com/addon/test.htm. I don't want the addon doamin to resolve to the add-on domain as they are not connected. How do I configure the add-on so that the what is displayed in browser address bar is the always based on addon.com

Hello,

If you wanted to prevent your main domain from resolving your addon domain website then you will need to move your main domain to its own sub-directory inside the public_html. You could also move your addon domains folder to the home directory (alongside of the public_html folder). If you decide to move your main domain you will need to contact support to have the primary domains document root changed.

Best Regards,
