I have a domain set up at GoDaddy, and pointed the nameservers (ns1.webhostinghub.com, ns2.webhostinghub.com. I also set up a simple site at an addon domain though Web Hosting Hub. Am I missing a step? I have waited at least 24 hours, and it hasn't changed yet.

After 24 hours have passed, the domain should resolve properly to your account. What is the domain that you are trying to point? Did you add the domain as an addon domain to your account? What do you see?

Hello cporter,

If the domain name you are pointing to is the primary domain name, that is all you should need to do. If, however, it is an add-on domain, you will need to ensure that it was correctly added within the cPanel.

We are happy to check for you. We would, however need the domain name in question so we can check the DNS settings.

If all is correct, it could just be the DNS propagation, which normally takes about 24 hours, however at times can be longer.

One more thing you may want to check is your browser cache. This can also show what is in memory, even though the site has properly propagated.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M

Thanks Scott. The domain is an addon domain that I believe I set up correctly. The domain in question is http://aloziohair.com/

After clearing the cache the site still does not seem to have propagated. Any thoughts?

Hello Cporter,

Sorry for the issues with the domain. I tried looking up an account based on the URL that you have given us and all I can find is an account where the subscription is not active. If your subscription is with another account, please provide that URL, and we can see why the domain is not propagating. If you need an immediate response, you can also contact our live support team (contact information is at the bottom of the page).

Apologies that we can't provide a direct answer at this point.

Regards,
Arnel C.
