Hi

I purchased a plan from webhostinghub yesterday intending to transfer a custom domain I recently purchased, however, I received an error which said it could only be transferred after 60 days of registration.

Because of this, I have decided to go with the option of registering a new domain. However, when I do this the following error messages pop up:

Domain registration error. Please enter a valid state.
Domain registration error. Please enter a valid telephone number.

Please let me know how I can proceed with registering a new domain name.

Thank you

Hello plim6357,

Yes, this is a standard ICANN rule, new domains cannot change registrars within 60 days of purchase.

You can still host this domain with us, by simply pointing to our nameservers, then allowing 24 hours for propagation.

I have sent you an email with the subject "new domain registration requirements," just reply to this email with your requested domain name, and we can register the domain for you.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.

Also feel free to contact tech support.

They are available 24/7 via:

&
Chat (there is a link on the top right).

Thank you,
