I have the Temp URL up and the webpage is transferred over, but it won't show on the actual URL (phmwa.com) when will it publish? what is the purpose of the temp account? Why didn't my password for the temp account and phmwac6 login work for the real one?
thanks,
Rafael

Hello Tucomp,

Most likely the problem is that the DNS change (though your domain is pointing to us with an A record) did not change the FTP settings to point to us. They're probably still pointing to the old server. You need to have the FTP changed, because the publishing options use FTP in order to transfer the files to the server.

Note that since your domain name is not managed by us, you will need to contact your domain registrar to have the DNS records changed if you have no control from your home/office system.

The TEMP URL is simply an alternate path to reach the same file location that the domain points to. If you set the publishing settings to use the temp url, then it should publish to the correct location.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
