I am using yahoo web host for my website, does yahoo use Cpanel or not

I am trying to download my website from yahoo to Hub, i downloaded Filezila but am having difficulty connecting to my web page to download it.

Hello,

Thank you for your question. I looked at yahoo's available hosting plans, and cPanel was not listed as a feature.

Their higher level plans include FTP access, which should allow you to download your backup files from yahoo. Otherwise, yahoo support may be able to provide a full backup for you.

You can then upload the files to us, via FTP, or File Manager in cPanel. Our guide on managing files on your server includes links to the tutorials on uploading a file.
