Domain Transfer says "saved"

I have submitted a request for my first (free) domain transfer with this account on Sunday, 5/26/2013. The transfer has still not propagated through DNS and I was wondering if the status of "saved" within CPanel of webhostinghub means there is additional action required on my part.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Hello carensdorf2,

If the transfer is in a saved status, you will want to open it and see what step you are on. It typically means that you have not yet complete the steps and need to finish before the transfer will initiate.

Hi Scott,

When I "continue" with the steps, it gets to the payment section (which I've already completed once and it showed me that this one transfer was free) but now it basically wants me to pay $12 again. Could you verify that I still have my one free transfer available and how I can go about processing this current one?

Thanks for your help Scott!

Hello again carensdorf2,

We have restored your transfer credit, so you should now be able to retry and not be charged. Let us know if you have any further issues with the transfer!

Best Regards,
Scott M

Hi Scott,

I just tried to perform a new transfer and when i type in the domain I wish to transfer (andypapas.com) it shows an error message on the page that states "Domain already exists in the account".

Please advise.

Hello carensdorf2,

Thank you for your question. I looked into this and your domain transfer is listed as pending, which will stop you from initiating another transfer. However, I performed a Whois lookup and noticed you have private registration so you will need to have access to your private email(contact@myprivateregistration.com) to proceed with the transfer.

If you are registered through Melbourne IT already (yahoo and others use them), you can transfer immediately using the registration key.

After you update your private registration to a valid email address, I would recommend contacting live tech support, so you can provide your private key, and they can try to transfer manually.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,
