Hello, Thanks for your question in regards to the "dynamic IP address from two different ISP services." You would have to use a CNAME pointing to a HOST name that is coming from a dynamic DNS service that you would need to subscribe to. So, it is possible, but it would need a third-party service providing the dynamic IP as we only provide static IPs for domains here.
