Hello Peterlundblad,

Thanks for the request. This type of request does not need to go to the technical support team (though you can always reach our live support technical team at via phone/chat/email. The Support Center does not make changes that require account changes, as these requests typically require some type of identification. Anyone can post on the Support Center as the posts are public.

However, the good news is this - you can easily do this yourself. Web Hosting Hub refers to domain forwarding as redirecting or Parked domains. You will have needed to create the subdomain in your cPanel first. Then you can use the redirected domain option in the cPanel. The Parked Domain is used to take another domain name and re-direct it to a primary domain. In this case, you're taking a subdomain name and pointing to another location, so you will be using the re-directed domain option.

Follow the tutorial in the link above and you will get it done quickly. Apologies that I can't make the change myself. If you require any further assistance, you can reply to this post, or you can always contact our live support team available 24/7 - their contact info is at the bottom of the page.

Kindest regards,
Arnel C.
