I own a domain through another service and changed the nameservers to point to web hosting hub. What do I do now? How do I get that domain to appear in my web hosting hub account so I can begin to build my site?

Hello,

Thanks for your question about getting your domain to work after changing your name servers. If your domain name is the primary domain (the one used to create your account), then you should be able to use it already. If your domain name is NOT the primary domain, then you would need to add it as an add-on domain before you could use it with your account. Also, please remember that changing your name servers may require up to 24 hours of propagation delay before the domain is recognized on the internet. This is due to the time it takes for internet servers to update your change.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Kindest regards,
Arnel C.
