I'm using office365 hosted exchange for, newschooolofmusic.net, and my domain provider (directnic.com) says I need to ask you for a dedicated IP -- in order for me to create an A record to point the domain to your server.

Can you please provide this as soon as possible?

Thanks,
Richard Spencer

Hello Richard,

Thank you for your question. You can have them point an 'A record' to your shared IP address, which can be viewed in your cPanel.

You can purchase a dedicated IP address, but these are typically used only for assigning SSL certificates.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
