If you are getting login failure messages from FileZilla this means that either the username or the password is incorrect for the FTP account on the server that it is connecting to. You may also want to ensure you are connecting to the correct server. For instance, if you are using the domain name but it has not yet been pointed to our nameservers, then the cPanel FTP account will not work.
