Hello John McCann, Thanks for the question about the next step in getting your site published and visible on the internet. There is some confusion, however, in the site you're trying to show. If you're trying to show your primary domain (the domain you account is named after), then you did not need to create an FTP account. It is already published to the web automatically. Check out How to login to your WordPress Dashboard. This will take you into the administrator section where you can alter your WordPress themes and appearance in order to create your website. See WordPress Education Channel for many articles on using WordPress. If you're trying to show something else, then you would need to first uninstall WordPress. Just as an FYI, all accounts have a master FTP account already established when you receive the account. For more information, check out Getting Started with FTP. If you require further assistance, please let us know exactly what you're trying to do and we would be happy to help. Kindest regards, Arnel C. |
