Hello ryrobert, I have tested installations for Drupal on both y own private server and the production servers. I cannot duplicate the error. I can tell you what it means, however. The error is saying that there is a syntax error in the database statement it is trying to execute. This occurs most often when either a text is used for a number field, or vice-versa. It can also occur if a 'reserved' word is included without backticks (``) around it, however I see no reserved words in the query. My guess is it is something in the settings that is offsetting the syntax in the query. Without being able to log into your account and perform the install, I cannot say for sure. If you can list the exact settings you are entering when installing (barring any security information such as username or password) I could try again on my testing platform. Alternatively, you can send me the username and password for your cpanel, along with verification of the account (either current AMP password or last 4 of the current credit card on file) and I can then log into your account directly and perform the install, tracking the steps to see where it fails. Should you choose to do so, send it directly to docs@webhostinghub.com and then comment below that it was sent, Best Regards, Scott M

Hi, I am from the Softaculous team. We have added validation for table prefix to allow only alphanumeric characters and _ This will be available in the next version of Softaculous which will be launched this week. Thanks for pointing towards this issue. |
