Hi Lou, I'm sorry you're having trouble installing your Drupal module. This issue is usually related to the temp directory set in your Drupal configuration. The recommended solution is to change the temporary directory for Drupal to the temporary directory in your account (/home/userna5/tmp) instead of the server's temp directory. Be sure to replace userna5 with your actual cPanel user name. I found this recommendation from: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5040718/file-system-permission-error-while-installing-drupal-modules and http://drupal.org/node/1008328 Please let us know if you have any questions or need any additional assistance. Regards, Christi N. |
