Email setup error help!
This is the error I get when I try to set up a new email server through Cpanel:

Hello, Thank you for your question about an error when setting up a new email account. I looked in your account and noticed the etc ( /home/******87/etc/) folder missing from your account. After creating a folder named etc in your public_html folder, I was able to create a test email account. (I deleted it after). You should be able to successfully setup a new email account at this time. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, John-Paul |
