Hello Colleen, Without a specific account to test, I cannot answer definitively. However, if the settings are the same on both clients, and it works for one client and not the other, that generally points to it being a client issue. I would reset the settings on the Mac, even delete the account and recreate it if needed. After that, you may want to either contact Apple support, or even consider using a different client such as Thunderbird. Thunderbird can also be used as a test client on the Mac to see if it will work on that machine as well.
