Hello,

Thank you for contacting us about webmail server setting. As long as your MX records are pointed to a hostname on our servers your email should resolve to our servers.

For example, you can create a subdomain such as mail.example.com, and point the 'A record' for mail.example.com to your Shared IP.

Then, point your MX record to mail.example.com, which will allow your email to be delivered to our servers within 24 hours (due to propagation). You should then be able to login and use webmail.

That would all have to been done with Godaddy, since it seems you are still pointed to their nameservers (this means they are hosting your DNS).

Alternately, you can point to our Nameservers which will cause your website, as well as email to resolve to our servers.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.

Thank you,
John-Paul
