Hi jesshowell,

I'm sorry you're having trouble accessing webmail. Please try accessing webmail through either https://secure22.webhostinghub.com:2096/ or http://ehub22.webhostinghub.com/webmail instead. Your browser may be blocking you due to a mismatch in the URL and the server's SSL certificate.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need any further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.

Hi jesshowell,

If you're getting a server not found message when attempting to log into webmail, it may be that your computer is unable to find the server for ehub22.webhostinghub.com. If you open your browser and visit ehub22.webhostinghub.com, do you see a website or do you get an error message?

To help determine if there is an issue with your access to the server by a hostname, you can try accessing webmail via an IP address. The IP address for ehub22.webhostinghub.com is 173.205.127.125, and you can visit webmail by going to:
173.205.127.125/webmail

If you cannot view webmail via the IP address, we can run additional connectivity tests based upon your IP address. Please visit whub21.webhostinghub.com and post a comment on this article with your IP address.

Thanks,
- Brad
