Hello Marinacl,

The problem can be several things, so you will need narrow down the possibilities and eliminate them one by one. First thing is to verify that you have brought the Mail account online. This option is found under the Mac Mail's menu and is labeled "Take All Accounts Online" or something similar (I was looking at my Mac when writing this). It's also possible that your settings are incorrect. If you are using SSL, make sure your port is set to 465 and you have selected SSL for the outgoing settings. The other issue could be that your port is blocked by your firewall. If it were blocked at the server, then mail wouldn't work for many people - not just you.

If you continue to have this problem, call into live support so that they can help assess your settings while you are looking at them with you.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
