i need to change my email account password, i just login in the site targetandevents.com/webmail
with my user "pruebas@targetandevents.com" and password.
but in the icon "cambiar contraseña" send me this message:
"You are not allowed to change the password for the user “pruebas@webdomainmx.com”."

webdomainmx.com is my principal domain.

What can I do if i need to change the password in targetandevents.com/webmail?

Hello marcomx, and thank you for your question.

That sounds like a strange problem that you are having. After clicking on Change Password at the top of the next screen does it still say Changing password for the email account you signed in with?

It sounds like it's attempting to change the password for another domain that you have hosted on the same account. But the first account you logged in with, wouldn't have access to change that other account's password.

You can login with your main cPanel account and directly change any of your email account passwords. For instructions on this you can follow our guide on what if I forgot my email password?

If you're still having any issues I would suggest submitting a ticket to our support team so that you can relay the current password for the account you're using, and the new password you're trying to update it to. Doing this over a ticket will help ensure these credentials aren't seen here in this public forum.

To submit a ticket, simply shoot an e-mail to support@webhostinghub.com, being sure to include you original cPanel password, or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file for verification purposes.

Please let us know if you have any further questions at all.

- Jacob
