I have been receiving error messages when sending emails and now the compose button is not even responding if i click it.

if i click the compose email button there is no respond and now i can not send any email. i do not know how to troubleshoot and i need assistant

As this is something that is controlled by the particular email client, what mail client are you using? Is this on a client such as Outlook or maybe one of the Webmail clients?
