Hello, Sorry for the problems with email duplication and synchronizing issues on your devices. We would need more information about your email client in order to determine why you're getting multiple copies. Here's a post about the issue using the Outlook client. In terms of the remote devices not synchronizing, you would need to be using IMAP, and then each device would need to subscribe to the email folders that you want to see. You would need to review the settings for each device in order to determine if it can connect or not.
