Thank you for your question aaspor5! Currently, there are no known issues with the server your account is on. In order for us to check this, we will need the email address that is not working, login credentials to test the email, and what program you are using to access your email. Unfortunately, because this is a open forum that people can read online, you will want to contact support either by chat, phone (1-877-595-4482 ext 2), or by email (support@webhostinghub.com). Please give tech support the exact steps to replicate the problem. Please include any login credentials and/or links we will need to replicate the problem and we can further help.
