Thank you for your question EduardoPacheco! Sorry for the trouble with your emails going to the spam folder. Its difficult to say why they would still be going to the spam folder. Hotmail maintains there own blacklisting on their server. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything on our end about this. As long as you have your DKIM and SPF records set up on your end with us there is nothing more you can do on our end. We checked the server Mail IP and the below results shows that the IP is not blacklisted. http://www.senderbase.org/senderbase_queries/detailip?search_string=205.134.241.75 http://www.mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a205.134.241.75&run=toolpage You may need to whitelist your domain on the Hotmail server or add it in the filters as not spam.
