Were there any email issues on the server on Friday 6/8/12?

On 6/8/2012 at 10:09 AM emails were bouncing back with the message:

None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

Email seems to be working ok since then.

Thanks!
John

Hello John,

I am not showing any interruption on the server during that time period. That does not mean there was no interruption in outside lines leading to the server, however.

When you are experiencing any downtime or latency on the site or with email, please follow the instructions from the link below during the time of the issue send in the results to support@webhostinghub.com

This will supply us with data we can use to help pinpoint the cause of the latency. Sometimes a server can be latent or even go down temporarily due to heavy load, but there are just as many times that the issue lies within the network of servers and lines that lie between a client computer and the server. This test helps us to find and identify where this may be.

Ping and trace instructions

I hope this answers your question. If you have any more questions or information specific to the issue please leave a comment below so we can further assist you.

Best Regards,
Scott M
