I've been trying to change an email password through www.mydomain.com/webmail but there's an error while trying to do so.

I have more than one domain:
if I want to change the password for name@mydomain_2.com

There's is a message saying:
"You are not allowed to change the password for the user “name@mydomain_1.com”.

How could I solve this? THANKS :)

Hello Fredi,

This is very odd. The issue will need to be reviewed by our systems team as to why there would an issue of this nature. You need to submit an email (ticket) to support@webhostinghub.com. If you submit the ticket (just email the address) and they will automatically respond to you. I unfortunately have no way to fix that particular issue. Please provide details the domains involved as well as the email addresses you're using. The email with live support would be confidential. This is as opposed to posting on the community support site where your information would be public.

Make sure to include your account verification information including either the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account or the Account Management Panel (AMP) password.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
