When I try to log into my webmail (www.slsassoc.com/webmail) I get an error msg from FireFox stating: This Connection Is Untrusted
The Technical Detail is:
secure23.webhostinghub.com:2096 uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided.

(Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

I only log in periodically to clean out the folder since all of the E-mail gets forwarded so this isn't a problem at this time however, it is new since the last time I logged on about a month ago.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hello jt3efd16,

The warning you see may be due to either the certificate stored on your computer for that URL not matching because a new one was issued on the server, or they are in the process of putting a new one on the server due to expiration of the old one. You may 'accept' it and it will replace the one on your computer. The URL is valid, so there is no worry.

I am logging into the same server without issue now, so it seems all is well.

Best Regards,
Scott M
