Having incoming server problems on my iPhone 5

I cannot receive emails to my iPhone 5 through this server. I tried changing the incoming server to my home ISP, but nothing seems to be working. I am missing out on work emails while away from my desk - any help?

Hello rystratton,

You will want to check your settings against the list in the following article. These are the only settings that would be needed. If it still does not connect,it is likely a setting in the device.

In that case, you would need to contact our support department at support@webhostinghub.com with help for that. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
