I took a look at the account associated with your support center login, and there does not appear to be an associated hosting account. It's extremely difficult for us to troubleshoot a problem like this without seeing the actual account and the specific problem. Do you get any error messages? Are you able to use a different email client - like SquirrelMail or Roundcube? Can you give us a domain name or other specifics?
