I Cannot send email

My domain is devargroup.com.hk and it seems cannot send email, it said it has spam problem, please fix and advise how can I solve it.

Thank you for your question. Typically, if there is a server wide problem it would affect everyone in the shared setting. Since there are many reasons an email can be flagged for spam, we will need some additional information.

What happens when you send email? Are they being returned or bouncing back?

Are you getting error messages? What are they?
