When I log on to webmail with mydomain.com/webmail I get a windows system popup asking for username and password. If I cancel this then I continue to the login panel OK. But it annoying and my customers are ringing me up as they are confused. Is there a way to prevent this? Thanks
Mike

Hello Billyb,

I apologize for the confusion your customers may be having, but we need a little more information, please. Are you sure of the sequence of events and versions of the browser and operating system used to access the site? Windows has a habit of replacing what we consider as "normal" with its own labeled version of a login popup.

However, here are a series of 2 screenshots using my own account and Internet Explorer 9 on Windows 7. They explain the sequence of events seen during a normal webmail login:

1)Pop-up that appears after entering the login URL for webmail

2)Selection screen for Webmail clients after successful login

These two screenshots show a normal webmail login sequence and it's not something we can change. There are 3 types of Webmail clients available, and they are simply different ways to view the email account. If you're referring to another type of login behavior, please let us know. Please provide more detail so that we can troubleshoot the issue for you.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
