Hi,

Email is suddenly not forwarded (see below) to my colleagues. I did some reading and learned it has something to do with being blacklisted for spam .. wha?? So, I'm a bit confused: is it PVS (the first IP address listed below) or webhostinghub (the second one) that is listed? Is it something I did or something the intended email recipients (my colleagues) did? If it's me, how do I delist myself? How do I avoid/prevent this in the future? I would greatly appreciate help. Thanks.

Hello amicus6,

The IP address that is identified in the error message appears to be one of ours. You will want to send that bounceback message to our Live Support team so they can have our Systems admiistration team work with spamhaus to get it delisted.

To do so, you would need to contact our support department at support@webhostinghub.com with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.

Best Regards,
Scott M
