Why?
It's a bit messy in the coding department.
But it worked yesterday. It was somehow using a perl script and a php script.

Hi Styx Growler,

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your contact form on your website. While researching this, I've found that the contact form is working properly and sending emails as it should. However, there is a reference in the contact form to send the user to a thankyou.html page after they complete the form. At this time, there is no thankyou.html page in your public_html directory, so this causes a 404 error for the user when they submit the form (even though the email is still sent).

To resolve the 404 error, please either create/upload a thankyou.html page in your public_html directory or remove the line of code in your contact form that redirects the user to thankyou.html.

For more information on working with FormMail, please see our article Using FormMail to Create a Contact Form.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
