My website email is not forwarding to my gmail

My gmail is telling me there is a connection error anytime I try to send or receive messages at my info@stephenfaillace.com. I have the forward email set up correctly and it was working until I linked my domain to the squarespace page that I am currently using. Looking to figure out how to resolve this issue.

You can also take the G Suite Backup before going further. I also did that by using the below blog.

Hello,

Sorry to hear that you're having problems with the forwarder. However, when I check the email server, I'm seeing the emails being forwarded normally. So, there is no disruption in connection (at least from sending emails). I'm not seeing any errors on our end. What are the exact error messages that you're getting when you're trying to send/receive emails?

Please let us know and we can investigate the issue further.

I also got the same query but it resolved as I connected to a better Internet.
