Non-spam email being marked as spam

When I go to send an email and I get an error message saying it's spam and will not be sent. It could even be on an email I've been corresponding with for a bit and then suddenly won't allow me to send. The error says: SMTP Error (550) This message was classified as SPAM and may not be delivered.
