On friday night I set up my first email account, harvey@tldmat.com.

I have sent email to it from a gmail account and using any of the 3 webmail links the emails do not show as being received.

is there a timing issue or am I doing something wrong? I am getting the sent emails rejected from the sending account with this message:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

harvey@tldmat.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected. (state 13).

I appreciate the help.

Hello TLDMAT,

Thank you for your question. I took a look at at your domain's DNS entries, and your nameservers and MX records are both pointed to godaddy. This tells the world to deliver the email to them.

In order to host your email and website with us, have godaddy point to our nameservers.

You can also have godaddy point the mx record to your shared IP address. You can view the shared IP in cPanel on the left.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
