On my webmail, I can't send any new mail, can't forward any mail too. Whenever I key in a new address, the webmail will turn off automatically.

Hello yormag,

Thank you for your question. As a test I created a new email address in your cPanel, and was able to send a test message from webmail successfully, without being logged out.

Be sure when you log into your webmail at your domain: example.com/webmail, that you are using the full email address as the username:
name@example.com

I would need more information to replicate the problem, such as the browser type and version you are using. What URL you are accessing your webmail from.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below, or contact live Tech Support.

They are available 24/7 via:
Email: support@webhostinghub.com
Phone: 877-595-4482 x2
&
Chat (there is a link on the top right).

Thank you,

-John-Paul
