I have two email addresses on the same domain - e.g. enquiries@mydomain.com and complaints@mydomain.com. I had one set up on one iPhone and then the other on a second iPhone. This worked as expected. However, when upgrading to a second iPhone and re-setting up the email for that phone, the email stopped working on the first iPhone.
Has anyone seen this issue and have any help as I am baffled and am sure this should work.
Thanks
Rory

Hello,

Thank you for your question about setting up email on different devices. This can happen sometimes if one device is set up for POP email. This means the message will be downloaded before the other device can get it. Did you use POP or IMAP?

Best,
Christopher M.
