One of our two email addresses is inaccessible

When trying to access one of our two addresses (user@example.com) the password is not recognized. This occurs on our PC, our IPhone and IPad. This started today. We have not changed the password for either of our two addresses.

Hello Timothy, and thank you for your question.

Because this is a public forum, I've gone ahead and replaced your real email address with user@example.com for the question.

If you are unable to login to your email account and are getting authentication errors you can always reset your email password to get back in.

Also, you might want to try logging into webmail to verify that it is a password issue and not something else with your mail clients and the server settings you're using in them.
