Hello djones4234, I'm sorry you're still having trouble connecting the Mac Mail email client to your email account. Hello djones4234, I'm sorry you're having trouble accessing your email accounts. While looking into this for you, I noticed a failed login to an email account similar to one of yours. In that failed login, only the first part of the email account (everything before the @ symbol) was input for the user name. When checking email and setting up email in your email client, please make sure you use the full email address (including the domain name). Also, if you wish to send and receive email over SSL, please make sure to use Port 465 for the SMTP port and either 995 (for POP3) or 993 (for IMAP) for the incoming port.
