Lately email which normally gets to me, has been caught in my spam folder. These are emails which I have received with no trouble from many people for a long time, but now, suddenly, they are going into spam and not even getting to my email client. If you go into my mail@***********.com box you can see a number of emails from different people in there with the same subject:

I don’t want to whitelist all the senders because there are fifty people and they all normally email me with no trouble, so it must be something to do with the content or subject heading, but the content has no usual characteristics and as I say, this just started happening.

So how can we fix the spam filter so that it is not catching emails which it has had no trouble with for years? There is clearly something malfunctioning with the spam service.
