I have the problem that when I write an email to a person, this is always sent in the spam folder. Is it because of the server or the problem is somewhere else.

Hello Vladoiski,

Thanks for the question! Sorry to hear that your email is being sent into a spam folder. Unfortunately, there are many possible reasons why your email is being sent into spam. The reasons that you can control start with your content. Make sure that you don't have any common spam key words in your content. If you do, then you will need to speak with the person' you're emailing and have them whitelist your email address.

You can also set the SPF and Domain keys so that your email is properly authenticated.

If these steps don't help, then you may need to speak with the person you're emailing and ask that they whitelist you so that your emails get through.

I hope this helps to clarify the issue, if you're still having problems, then please provide more details. If you're getting a bounce-back message, we could use it to identify the exact problem.

Regards,
Arnel C.
