Hello barb00sa,

Thank you for your question. When you enable SPF and Domain Keys, you will see the errors:

"In order to ensure that SPF or DKIM takes effect, you must confirm that this server is an authoritative nameserver for example.com. If you need help, contact your hosting provider."

&

"Warning: cPanel is unable to verify that this server is an authoritative nameserver for example.com. [?]"

This is because we use a separate server for hosting your DNS. As long as you are pointed to our Nameservers, then we are your authoritative nameserver.

Our Nameservers are:
Name Server 1:
ns1.webhostinghub.com

Name Server 2:
ns2.webhostinghub.com

You can see your nameservers by performing a Whois lookup.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul

Dera Jean Paul,
everything is well placed in the cpanel and amp all record are good. Still i have this error when checking the mail:
binzhandelaars.digitaal-knokke.com does not allow your server 205.134.241.107 to use ilse@binzhandelaars.digitaal-knokke.com
You can check the errors here: http://www.mail-tester.com/web-3ovPg8
Hope you can help me out.

Hello barb00sa,

I first sent a test message to confirm it was delivered successfully. So, this issue is likely related to your email client setup.

Since I am not sure what you are using to check your email, here is a link to our Getting Started guide, which has links to guides on the major email clients (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac mail, etc.).

I recommend following the guide for your specific email program, and confirming the settings were entered successfully.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
