Some domains will not accept email while others work fine. In particular, sites registered with Go Daddy, will not get sent and we don't even get a bounce back!

I can't figure out whether we are on a spam list or the recipient domain has blocked us.

my domain is intarsiainc.com

Here is an example:

Hello arjay,

Thank you for your question regarding email delivery.

In our tests we noticed the recipient server responds inconsistently.

I see there are 2 MX records for alexandermorgantile.info:
0 smtp.secureserver.net.
10 mailstore1.secureserver.net.

After further investigation, we have determined the emails fail when they are delivered to the second MX entry:
10 mailstore1.secureserver.net

I recommend having them contact their email host for further investigation.

In the future, you can always forward your bounced emails for review to:
support@webhostinghub.com

If you have any further questions, please feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
