Is it possible for me to configure my Web Hosting Hub service so that email messages sent to unknown users at one of my domain names gets forwarded rather than rejected? For example, if someone sends a message to thisnamedoesnotexist@toddbradley.com, normally it bounces back to the sender. But I'd like it to be routed to a mailbox that does exist. One of my previous web hosting companies had a service like this, but I can't figure out how to do this here. Is it possible? How?

Hello,

Thanks for asking the question about trying to configure your mail service to accept email from unknown email addresses. This is basically known as a "catchall email address" and is not available with Web Hosting Hub. It is considered a security risk, so they do not permit it. You can use email forwarders that forward to the correct email address. The email forwarders can be spelling variations of your actual mail addresseses.

I hope this helps to answer your question, please let us know if you require any further assistance.

Regards,
Arnel C.
