I have to type in www.webdomain.com:#### to access my webmail. Is there a way to simplify this to mail.webdomain.com which is easier to remember? Right now if I type in mail.webdomain.com it just gives me my server name and ip address.

Hello Demidemon,

There are several ways to get into Webmail. The one you are using is stating the port number for Webmail - this is a general number and used by everyone logging into Webmail on our servers.

You can also use webmail.webdomain.com or webdomain.com/webmail

mail.webmdomain.com is reserved as the path used by a mail application (like Microsoft Outlook (or Mozilla Thunderbird) can be configured to get to the email server.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
