Cannot access email accounts
I cannot access any of my email accounts. When I try to connect via AMP I receive this error:
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at secure39.webhostinghub.com:2083.
I get the same error in Internet Explorer. Is the server down? If so, do you have an ETA for when email will be available again?

Hello Stephanie, I just tried that same URL (secure39.webhostinghub.com:2083) and it is working for me. Are you able to get to another website? If you continue to have problems and your internet service is normal, please run a Ping and Traceroute diagnostic. Copy the results and send them to Web Hosting Hub's technical support team via email. Make sure to run the traceroute using your domain name.
