Cannot access email accounts

I cannot access any of my email accounts. When I try to connect via AMP I receive this error:

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at secure39.webhostinghub.com:2083.

I get the same error in Internet Explorer. Is the server down? If so, do you have an ETA for when email will be available again?

Hello Stephanie,

I just tried that same URL (secure39.webhostinghub.com:2083) and it is working for me. Are you able to get to another website? If you continue to have problems and your internet service is normal, please run a Ping and Traceroute diagnostic. Copy the results and send them to Web Hosting Hub's technical support team via email. Make sure to run the traceroute using your domain name. This will let us know how you're connecting to the server.
