I keep trying to set up my email in my outlook app on my iPhone but keep getting the message "secure connection unavailable" and "unable to log in"

If I go to advanced settings it asks me for "host name (IMAP.domain.com)" for the incoming server

And host name (smtp.domain.com) for the outgoing server.

Please help and explain in an easy to understand way! Thanks

Hello,

For your incoming mail server settings you can use mail.domain.com and your outgoing mail server can also be mail.domain.com.

I had the Outlook for iphone app set up and working perfectly with 5 email accounts, two of them were webhosting hub accounts. They were set up using the SSL connection method (secure##.webhostinghub.com for the outgoing and incoming server). Worked great for several months and then the 2 webhostinghub accounts stopped working. I've tried deleting and resetting the accounts up with both the secure and unsecured configurations. Nothing works. The displayed message from the app says something about a certificate that has expired on the webhostinghub side. I checked that out on the mail server and with a chat session with webhostinghub support and everything is up to date.

It would be GREAT is a webhostinghub support person with an iPhone would try setting this up to see what the problem is (the Outlook app is now free). BTW the apple mail client works fine. It seems to be a problem between the Outlook client and webhosting hub, but I'm not aware of any changes on the Outlook client side. Everything worked fine for 3 months and then "poof!"
